Koofr has an amazing Black Friday / Cyber Monday 2020 offer: up to 1TB cloud storage for just 102$ (or 100GB for 18$), which is much less compared to pCloud deal (122.5$/TB).

You can keep such plans for the whole life. You can open multiple account too, if you need for example 10x1 TB = 10TB. You can not stack codes.

Available plans: 100GB, 250GB, 1TB and 2.5TB (after the purchase of 1TB plan)

Koofr offers different good features. Compared to pCloud, there is no auto backup of clouds in background. At the moment there is no a “true backup feature”, you can use the sync feature to do backups.

Top feature 1: WebDAV

Transfer data between clouds (no matter if GSuite, Google Photos, Mega, pCloud, Mediafire, etc.) is so easily with Koofr thanks to WebDAV support. You can user Rclone or Multcloud for example. All what you need to do is use https://app.koofr.net/dav as server option.

Top feature 2: Cloud Integration

You can connect clouds (Google Drive, GSuite, One Drive, Dropbox) to Koofr, so you can move/copy data between them. And the best? You can connect both Google Drive and Gsuite at the same time, but you can only use 1 pro each cloud service. This means you can connect only 1 Dropbox for example. A great additional feature you can use in combination with WebDAV support.

Top feature 3: Extension

You can save data from the Web to Koofr thanks to the Chrome and Firefox extensions.

Top feature 4: Network Drive

Thanks to the network drive you can access all your Koofr files on your computer.

Top feature 5: Sync

You can sync your data between other macs or devices thank to the sync feature. This is a bit similar to the sync feature offered by Mega.nz. You can choose every folder on your mac, not only specific folders like Dropbox. We want to warn you, that the sync feature is not exactly the same like Mega.nz. Already Mega.nz creates some problems with Sync, but with Koofr the problems are a bit higher (app crash with too many folders, sync never reach 100%, cpu overload, etc.). If you use the sync for few folders and not a lot of data, then it works good. Sync is not the main top feature of Koofr. If you search a Sync service, we suggest you 1) Dropbox (best sync experience at all) 2) Mega (sync all mac folders)

We want to remember you that all cloud services creates sync conflicts, even Dropbox used on multiple devices. So is important that you keep backup of files using another cloud service too, or using external drives.

Top feature 6: Local Folders

Thanks to local folders you can find all your Mac files inside Koofr Web Portal. No matter where you are, you can always access your Mac datas.

Top feature 7: Zotero Backup

Backup all your Zotero thanks to the WebDAV feature. All what you need to do is use app.koofr.net/dav/Koofr as server option inside Zotero.

Top feature 8: Wordpress Backup

Backup Wordpress thanks WebDAV. The full tutorial here

Discover all Koofr features here or on Koofr Help (like the versioning up to 5 files). Be ready for new features too. We suggested about 30–50 new improvements in the last months (even related to sync problems), hope they implement some in the future.

You can download iOS/iPadOS App here, or the Mac App here. You can test Koofr too.

If you invite friends, you get more space too.

1TB Lifetime Deal for 102$

250GB Lifetime Deal for 36$

100GB Lifetime Deal for 18$

One more thing

Wait. You can even get 2.5TB, if you really need it.

Once you paid the 1TB plan, you see a 2.5TB upgrade option

It’s up to you if you prefer to have 1x2.5TB or 2x1TB plans. If you buy 2x1TB you pay 204$ instead of 299€ + 102$. You don’t get 3.5TB too, your account will only have just 2.5TB.

Same happens with the 100GB plan, where you can see a 250GB upgrade option.

There is an 1TB upgrade offer once you bought the 250GB lifetime deal too.

Koofr support is amazing too. They are open for suggestions and they warn you, if something happened to their server. This never happened with other cloud services like Backblaze, OneDrive, Crashplan, Mega, etc (they just lost or damage it, without warning you). We think is correct to inform people about errors. To be sure you never lost data, we suggest you to backup your files to multiple clouds.

PS: Similar problems can happen with all cloud storage, so you don’t need to think that this happens only with Koofr!

“Dear customer,
Our storage system detected a possible problem with integrity of a very small number of the files uploaded between xxx and xxx CET.
The problem occurred during a large upgrade of our disk space. The problem has been fixed and we have identified xxx affected users. Unfortunately, one of your files was detected and may have been affected.
Due to the nature of the problem, we cannot guarantee that the affected files saved on our servers are an exact copy of what you uploaded which may result in you being unable to download the file from our servers due to integrity test failing, so we think it would be best for you to re-upload the file listed below, just to be safe.
We deeply apologize for any problems this might cause you, but we advise you to delete and re-upload a fresh copy of the following file: xxx

I want to personally assure you, that no other files were affected by this unfortunate incident and our automatic integrity safety checks assure us of that.

Again, we deeply apologize for this unfortunate event.

Best regards”
